Putting preserved lemons to good use!

The preserved lemons I made a few weeks back were finally put to good use. I made this Moroccan chicken with preserved lemons and olives served atop a delicious Israeli cous cous with almonds and currants made by the Pressman.  This dish was pretty easy to make and I'll use any excuse I can to use the Le Creuset. I'm looking for more uses for the lemons if anyone knows any... I still have 3 jars full.
